Bibulous was set up in June 2003 by wine expert Graham Moss. The company’s aim is to promote and sell fine wines, specialising in New World Wines. Mossy’s passion and the area in which Bibulous specialises, is in wines from the New World. However, with a broad wine knowledge and contact base, Bibulous can source wines from France, Italy and Spain and beyond.

Graham Moss loves his wine. Graham Moss also knows his wine.
‘Mossy’ as he is more favourably known, has spent the past twenty years maturing in the wine, spirit and champagne industry working across the globe with some of the world’s most respected wineries and wine merchants. Graham has now brought his expertise, knowledge, style and extensive wine contacts to Switzerland.
Mossy’s fine palate, clever nose and true passion for wine are combined with the realistic understanding that wines are, after all, for enjoyment. He will evaluate your tastes in wine, understanding your buying needs and either suggest wines or hunt for something specific that he knows you will enjoy. Whatever your needs…with his bibulous style, Mossy will make your wine buying more fun, more approachable and more informative.
In 2008 Chris Partridge joined to company to assist Mossy in the expanding Bibulous business. Whist Chris does not have a professional background in the wine industry he does have considerable consumer experience gained by growing up and living in South Australia and stocking a fine cellar in Adelaide. Chris has a good knowledge of wines from the Barossa and Mc Laren Vale, two of the premier wine regions in Australia. Chris gained unique experience and knowledge about wine when he was a member of the an Adelaide Beefsteak and Burgundy club where he wined and dined with many of South Australia's premier wine makers including the legendary Max Schubert. Chris' wine knowledge has also developed from extensive travel and living in Canada, Austria and now Switzerland. Chris brings a genuine bibulous consumer perspective to the team and can identify with your wine buying needs and desires.
